We are seeking a confident and tenacious individual to join our client's team at their office in Norfolk. As a B2B Telesales Executive, this permanent position is office-based with a basic salary of £26,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will work closely with the team to develop sales strategies and manage incoming call-backs from designated accounts. This is a phone and desk-based sales role where you'll be targeted to make 80 calls per day using leads generated by your colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct proactive B2B sales calls using cold and warm leads, to screen and qualify prospects.
  2. Manage incoming call-backs from designated accounts.
  3. Create tailored scripts and email templates for each client's project.
  4. Devise and implement sales strategies based on insights gained on calls.
  5. Report on all sales activities and communications, backing up with statistics.
  6. Keep databases and CRM systems up to date.
