We are seeking a confident and professional individual to join our client's small, busy office in Thetford, Norfolk. As a B2B Sales Professional, this permanent position is office-based, working from 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday. The basic salary is £26,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission (paid monthly) – projected at an additional £2,000 per annum.

About the Company

Our client is a successful and well-established outsourcing firm offering telesales and marketing services to a wide range of clients across various sectors. The small, friendly, and professional team currently stands at 8 members of staff, but is experiencing growth, which will take the total team size to 12.

About the Job

The B2B Sales Professional will work closely with the whole team, from participating in client onboarding calls to help craft a successful sales strategy for the client, to working seamlessly alongside marketing and market research to discuss and act on findings. This is a phone and desk-based sales role, where you'll be targeted to make 80 calls per day, using leads generated by your colleagues. The target is to try and gain a morsel of information, or an 'in' out of around half of those calls daily.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct proactive B2B sales calls using cold and warm leads, to screen and qualify prospects
  • Manage incoming call-backs from clients
