Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our dedicated team in Thetford, Norfolk. As a Sales Development Representative, you will work closely with our team to craft a successful sales strategy for our clients and will be involved in group client onboarding calls. You will also work seamlessly alongside marketing and market research to discuss and act on findings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make 80 targeted calls per day to generate leads and drive sales
- Work closely with the team to develop and implement sales strategies for clients
- Collaborate with marketing and market research to discuss and act on findings

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

What We Offer:

- Competitive annual salary between £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
- Commission of approximately £2k per year on top
