The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of ASB cases, including complex and high-risk incidents, and providing vital support to customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of ASB cases, including complex and high-risk incidents.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners, working together to deliver positive outcomes for communities.
  • Utilise all available tools and enforcement methods to resolve ASB cases swiftly and effectively.
  • Prepare legal notices, witness statements, and case documentation, representing Paradigm in court where necessary.
  • Work proactively to deliver a customer-focused ASB service in line with our policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Housing and Rent Recovery to ensure seamless case handling and resolution.
  • Attend multi-agency meetings and represent Paradigm in discussions with local authorities, police, and other key partners.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage and prioritise a complex caseload of ASB cases.
  • Confidence when working with challenging behaviour.
  • Experience in preparing case reports and legal documentation.
  • Experience within the housing sector, particularly in ASB management.
  • Ability to work flexibly.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an individual with a strong understanding of landlord and tenant law and its application to tenancy and ASB management. The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and develop problem-solving responses to ASB issues.
