The Recruitment Co. is seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate financial records using online accounting systems and occasional manual records.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
- Organise and manage financial documents and records.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide 25 days' annual leave, increasing to 30 days with continuous service, Bupa health scheme, company pension, and onsite subsidised gym.
