Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at Atomos Investments Limited. As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting Financial Advisers in various tasks, including diary management, data entry, and client communication. About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include coordinating Financial Planner's diaries, preparing documentation for client appointments, and ensuring accurate data entry. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar role within Wealth Management, Financial Planning, or Financial Services
  • Good level of knowledge across financial products including pensions, investments, mortgages, and protection
  • Proficient using IT with intermediate Excel skills
