We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Gap Personnel in Lytham.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable company, commuting from nearby towns like Preston, Kirkham, South shore, ST'Annes and Blackpool.

The Financial Administrator role offers a competitive salary of £24,000 and a 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday schedule.

Accounting responsibilities:

  • Responding to Client queries
  • Liaising with HMRC for payment queries and refunds
  • Completing corporation tax returns, personal tax returns, VAT returns, and Payroll
  • Bookkeeping for clients using QuickBooks and xero
  • Preparation of VAT returns
  • Ensuring client data is accurately held on company systems
  • Preparation of basic accounts and tax returns
