About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Care Manager to lead our children's home team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

As a Residential Care Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our young people
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our young people
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of our young people at all times
  • Working closely with other professionals, including social workers and therapists, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people
