Childrens Residential Manager Role

We are seeking two experienced Childrens Residential Managers to lead our new two-bedded home in Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care professionals to provide high-quality care and support to children in our residential home.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Ensure the home is a safe and welcoming environment for children and staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 (negotiable based on experience).
  • Full-time, 40 hours/week + on-call duties when required.
  • Opportunity to work for a family-run team.
