Join our team as a specialist support teacher for students with special needs in our integrated resource units in Sheffield.

This is a temporary position, but there may be opportunities for permanency in the future. Our competitive salary starts at £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a specialist support teacher, you will provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs, including:

  • Developing and implementing IEPs and behavior management strategies.
  • Supporting classroom activities and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
  • Encouraging and assisting students in developing social, academic, and life skills.
Essential Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with children with SEN (essential).
  • Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to supporting children with diverse needs.
  • A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
