The Role:

As Interim People Director, you will provide strategic leadership across Elliot Marsh's HR and people functions during a critical period of growth and transformation. Your key responsibilities will include designing and managing transformation programmes to enhance organisational effectiveness and culture.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive human resources strategy that aligns with the organisation's goals and objectives.
  2. Design and manage transformation programmes to enhance organisational effectiveness and culture.
What You'll Need:
  1. A proven track record of leading organisational transformation, including programme design and management.
  2. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence at Board and Executive levels.
  3. A deep understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and change management principles.
