Collections Team Leader / Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Collections Team Leader / Manager to join our client's growing team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of collections agents, developing strategies to enhance collections, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of collections agents, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize collections and reduce delinquency rates.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Collaborate with support teams to address customer issues and escalations.
  • Handle office-based escalations requiring management intervention.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, including FCA, TCF, AML, GDPR, and PCI.

About the Role:
