About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Contact Centre Team Member to join our team, providing excellent customer service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction is positive and professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage customer enquiries, creating a ticket or case reference and assigning to the appropriate department or colleague via email, telephone or written communication.
  • Monitor open tickets and cases, bringing them to full resolution once query owners have provided solutions, escalating where necessary to ensure proactive service is always maintained.
Requirements
  • A positive can-do attitude and a commitment to excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle large volumes of queries (up to 100 per day during peak times).
  • Proficient in the use of various software applications.
