Key Responsibilities

In this exciting role, you will play a vital part in supporting our planning and customer service teams. As a Planning Administrator, your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and maintaining weekly and daily packaging schedules to optimize efficiency.
  2. Providing top-notch internal customer service for our group companies, addressing queries, and resolving issues promptly.
  3. Ensuring the smooth operation of shipping and invoicing documentation processes, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
  4. Offering flexible support in planning and customer service as needed, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  5. Carrying out general administrative tasks, such as data entry, record-keeping, and filing, to maintain a well-organized workspace.

  2. Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills are essential, allowing you to create complex spreadsheets, analyze data, and drive informed decision-making.
