We are looking for a skilled Production Planning Coordinator to join our team at Orion Electrotech. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production schedules.

The Role
  1. Develop and maintain production schedules that meet customer requirements and company objectives.
  2. Work closely with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure resource availability and minimize downtime.
  3. Provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders and maintain accurate production records.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading aerospace manufacturer, with a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), private pension, and half-day finish on Friday.

Requirements
  1. Solid experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment, regardless of industry.
  2. A strong understanding of the fundamentals of production workflows, capacity planning, and scheduling.
  3. Proficiency in production planning tools and systems (e.g., ERP/MRP software).
