We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Manufacturing Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact by optimizing production schedules and ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop, monitor, and adjust production schedules to meet customer requirements and company objectives.
  • Closely collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure resource availability and minimize downtime.
  • Analyze and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring efficient workflow across departments.

**Requirements:**

  • Solid experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment, regardless of industry.
  • A strong understanding of the fundamentals of production workflows, capacity planning, and scheduling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in production planning tools and systems (e.g., ERP/MRP software).
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

**Salary Range:**

$75,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
