Job Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, managing mail, and maintaining the Operations mailbox.
  • Liaise with suppliers, building security, and management as required.
  • Order items for colleagues and new staff members, tracking expenses accordingly.
  • Work with the IT team to arrange equipment shipments for remote workers.
  • Handle basic finance tasks, such as requesting purchase requisitions and forwarding supplier invoices to our Finance team.
  • Provide basic health and safety advice to the UK team and act as Fire Marshal and First Aider for the local site.
