Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Medical Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. This role involves providing administrative support to the Children's Ward, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities
Answering telephone queries, receiving patients, relatives, and visitors to the department
Coordinating online patient documentation through computerized patient management systems
Supporting the clinical team in ensuring all aspects of relevant administrative processes and procedures are followed to comply with UHB policies

Required Skills and Qualifications
