We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pediatric Nurse to join our team in a leadership role. This position will involve providing high-quality care to children and their families, creating personalized care plans, and managing multidisciplinary teams.

About the Role
  • Responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes in the community
  • Design and implement tailored care plans to meet individual client needs
  • Effectively manage teams through strong communication and collaboration
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs
Requirements
  • RSCN with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN
  • Strong leadership style that motivates and inspires others
  • Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
  • Advanced communication skills verbally and written to liaise effectively with patients, families, and teams
Key Benefits
  • Up to £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Flexible working arrangements, including 2 days working from home and 1 day in the office
  • Monday to Friday hours (9am-5pm)
