Nurse Leadership Position

We are looking for an experienced RSCN with a minimum of 6 months in the UK and an active NMC PIN to take on this challenging role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to children and their families, creating personalised care plans, and leading a core team of carers. A supportive management style that brings out the best in others is essential for this position.
The ideal candidate will have up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years, advanced communication skills, and evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs. A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver tailored care plans specific to individual clients' needs
- Effectively manage multidisciplinary teams through strong communication and teamwork
- Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment to ensure high-quality care
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
