Pediatric Nursing Team Supervisor

We are seeking a Pediatric Nursing Team Supervisor to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd in the Luton/Bedfordshire area.
The successful candidate will have experience in supervising nursing teams and providing expert care to children in the community.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to deliver high-quality care
- Provide expert guidance and support to nursing teams
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure optimal outcomes
- Communicate effectively with families and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year's post-registration experience in pediatric nursing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
