About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Engineering Lead to join our Combat Air business group in Luton. As a Project Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for managing multi-discipline engineering projects across the entire lifecycle, from conception to delivery.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in leading complex engineering projects, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that projects meet the required standards. This includes supporting the engineering management of Test Solutions capability upgrades, functional qualification of updates, and certification of enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership of multi-disciplined Engineering teams
  • Communication with stakeholders across the Engineering IPT and upwards
  • Implementation of the company's Life-cycle design reviews
  • Technical quality, schedule, and budget management
  • Supplier management and project decision-making
  • Customer expectation management
  • Change management and risk identification
