As an Automotive Shop Leadership Role at our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service to our donors and customers. The ideal candidate will have retail experience with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with a volunteer team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team to deliver great customer service to our donors and customers.
• Work with the local community to generate sufficient donated stock to drive sales.
• Help to recruit, train, and retain a volunteer team.
• Set high standards of merchandising and housekeeping.
• Manage effective stock processes to ensure the shop is well merchandised with fresh, seasonal stock.
• Act as a brand ambassador for our organization, supporting in-store campaigns to promote the brand and national fundraising initiatives.
