Salary
">£27,000 - £29,000 per annum (DOE) + uncapped commission based on new starts per monthJob Description
">- The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads throughout the Yorkshire and North East region.
- They will set up and lead meetings and presentations to convert potential clients into new business opportunities.
- Tracking and managing new business opportunities using our CRM system will also be a key responsibility.
- Collaborating with the local team where necessary and developing strong relationships with new clients are essential components of this role.
- Achieving or surpassing monthly new business targets through proactive outreach is expected from the successful candidate.
- Collecting and sharing client feedback and market insights with relevant departments is also required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- Previous experience in a Business Development role or Sales is essential.
- Experience in lead generation and excellent communication and relationship building skills are also required.
- A self-driven candidate with natural initiative is ideal for this role.
- Familiarity with the further education and apprenticeship sector is preferred.
