About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Manager to lead our services in South Shropshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our services, ensuring individuals receive high-quality support to develop and maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management of services in South Shropshire, overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and support.
  • Work closely with supported people, families, and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Bolster the team's ability to think creatively, providing diverse events and activities for supported individuals.
  • Solve complex issues that arise, making informed decisions to drive positive outcomes.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in the Adult Care Sector.
  • Confident IT skills and knowledge of systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding and practice of person-centered and positive behavior support.
  • Driver with a UK manual license and own vehicle.
  • Level 3/4 qualification and willingness to work towards Management Level 5.
  • Previous experience working with Positive Behavior Support & care sector.
  • Supervisory/management experience.
  • Experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
