Service Operations Lead

Bethphage is seeking a motivated Service Operations Lead to join our team in South Shropshire.
About the Job:The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the Adult Care Sector and be able to work with people at all levels to provide positive behaviour support.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,210 per year, along with a range of benefits including high-quality training and induction programme, free and confidential counselling services, a Simply Health Cash Plan, contributory Pension scheme, and development opportunities and regular supervisions.
Main Responsibilities:- To manage the day-to-day operations of our services, ensuring high-quality support is provided to individuals in shared living environments and small care settings.
- To work with established services to assist supported people in reaching their full potential.
- To develop and implement creative community and leisure activities that promote independence and well-being.
- Significant experience in the Adult Care Sector.
- Confidence in using IT systems and good communication skills.
- Able to work with people at all levels and provide positive behaviour support.
- Level 5 qualification or equivalent management experience in the sector.
- Driver with a UK manual licence and own vehicle.
