Job Summary:
We are looking for a Children's Services Lead to join our team in Wellington, Telford. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering quality care services and strategic planning to support children with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of children, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead a team of care professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork that prioritizes the well-being and safety of children.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring the smooth operation of services and optimal use of resources.
• Collaborate with external agencies and partners to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, policies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform decision-making and service development.

Requirements:
• 2 years' experience in a Residential Children's home, with a strong background in leadership and management.
• NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification, demonstrating a solid understanding of child care principles and practices.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with others, building effective relationships and partnerships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with children, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to work flexibly, including shifts and sleep-ins, demonstrating a commitment to meeting the needs of the service.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
