About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Service Manager to lead our Supported Living services in Shropshire. In this vital role, you will oversee the daily operations of two services, promoting resident-centered care and supporting staff development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective service plans, aligned with resident needs and preferences
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring regulatory compliance and data-driven decision-making
  • BUILD strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners to enhance service delivery
Essential Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this position, you will require:

  • A valid UK manual driving license and reliable transportation for work-related travel
  • A Level 3/4 qualification, with a commitment to progressing to Management Level 5
  • Proven experience in Positive Behavior Support, the care sector, and supervisory roles
What We Offer
