Event Marketing Roadshow Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for event planning? We are seeking a skilled Event Marketing Roadshow Specialist to join our team in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute a wide range of roadshow products, including Deal, Non Deal roadshows, Pilot fishing, Reverse Roadshows, Field Trips, Investor Days, and Expert Speaker Sessions.
  • Manage all event logistics, including accommodation, flights, ground transportation, visa applications, venue finding, and organization.
  • Create, manage, and distribute schedules using our BTS system.
  • Manage project budgets and consolidate final costings.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Access Desk, Research Analysts, Sales teams, ECM, and DCM teams to plan and fill schedules, pre-empt issues, and manage live schedules.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the IB Marketing Execution team in London, responsible for delivering roadshows, conferences, and events to drive business revenues and support business, product, and sector objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in roadshow coordination or a similar role within the investment banking sector.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in virtual and face-to-face delivery.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
