Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Marketing Roadshow Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our IB Marketing Execution team, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of roadshow products, handling event logistics, and working closely with cross-functional teams to plan and fill schedules.
About the Role
As an Event Marketing Roadshow Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Executing roadshow products, including Deal, Non-Deal roadshows, Pilot fishing, Reverse Roadshows, Field Trips, Investor Days, and Expert Speaker Sessions.
- Handling all event logistics, including accommodation, flights, ground transportation, visa applications, venue finding, and organization.
- Creating, managing, and distributing schedules using our BTS system.
- Managing project budgets and consolidating final costings.
- Working closely with the Corporate Access Desk, Research Analysts, Sales teams, ECM, and DCM teams to plan and fill schedules, pre-empt issues, and manage live schedules.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in roadshow coordination or a similar role within the investment banking sector.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Experience in virtual and face-to-face delivery.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
