Are you a highly motivated and organized Team Assistant looking for a challenging opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, global Investment firm? As a Roadshow Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the execution process for Non-Deal Roadshows, working closely with senior level executives and supporting large teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate meetings with investors and keep the scheduling system up to date.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with the company and stakeholders.
- Manage all logistical aspects of roadshows, including flights, visas, ground transfers, AV requirements, and catering.
- Arrange and attend group meetings, follow up on actions, and ensure calendar invites are correctly inserted in both investor and corporate calendars.
- Track and update internal systems post-event with final attendees.
- Prepare investor profiles and reconcile expenses.
- 2+ years' experience managing Roadshows.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with experience working with senior level executives.
- Dependable, with a high attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
- Positive and approachable, with a 'can do' attitude and passion for event planning.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
