About the Role

As a Roadshow Coordinator at Crédit Agricole CIB, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating deal roadshows, non-deal roadshows, reverse roadshows, and closing events for the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and Securitisation product lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full road show management process, including hotel booking, travel arrangements, invitations, and printing of presentations.
  • Coordinate with third-party providers, product lines, and clients to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Arrange the printing and timely shipment of road show materials to the event location.
  • Provide on-site event management support when necessary.
  • Manage budgets and re-invoice processes.
  • Coordinate schedules for 1:1 meetings, group meetings, and logistics.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across regions, providing a proactive and professional attitude.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in the roadshow sector, including virtual event planning using systems like Webex or Netroadshows.
  • Manage the invoicing process.

Requirements
