Key Responsibilities:- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings with investors, including scheduling, venue selection, and catering arrangements.
- Scheduling System Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling systems, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of upcoming events.
- Communication and Updates: Provide timely updates to the company on roadshow progress, including any last-minute changes or cancellations.
- Logistics Management: Arrange and manage all roadshow logistics, including flights, visas, ground transfers, audio-visual requirements, and catering.
- Expense Reconciliation: Reconcile and manage all expenses related to roadshow events.
- Investor Profile Preparation: Prepare and maintain accurate investor profiles, including relevant information and contact details.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in managing roadshows, with a proven track record of success.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior-level executives and stakeholders.
