Adecco is seeking a skilled Contract and Commissioning Manager to join their Integrated Children's Commissioning & Procurement Team on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Contract manage major strategic contracts across the commissioning cycle.
- Ensure effective mobilisation of contracts.
- Implement appropriate performance management, commercial process management, supplier relationship management, and governance throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Make recommendations to the Croydon Council or Integrated Care Board (ICB) on the strategic allocation of resources to improve outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to drive change and secure improved outcomes in the commissioning programme for Children, Young People, Education, and Health.
- Proven experience in contract management and commissioning in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the commissioning cycle and contract mobilisation processes.
- Ability to implement effective performance management and commercial process management.
- Excellent supplier relationship management and governance skills.
- Familiarity with the Children's Commissioning & Procurement landscape.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
This position will require 2 days per week of site presence, with the remaining time being spent on remote work.
Contract Details:- Contract Type: Temporary
- Daily Rate: £350 to £400 per day Umbrella
- Driving Requirement: No
- Contract Length: 6 months
