We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee the general operations of a luxury residential development in a prestigious location.

This is a full-time position, requiring a 40-hour workweek, with occasional alternative Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the general operations of the building, including managing a team, ensuring an exceptional service is delivered to residents, and maintaining a safe and compliant environment
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the site
  • Lead the lettings strategy to drive rentals to maximum capacity
  • Plan and deliver events to engage with the local community
  • Ensure expenses are aligned with the budget
  • Handle escalated complaints efficiently and effectively
  • Liaise with other departments as required, including maintenance, facilities, and finance
  • Oversee recruitment and training for on-site staff to maintain a high standard

Requirements:

  • ARLA qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience in managing a team effectively
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent knowledge of building compliance, health and safety, and maintenance standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure
  • Proactivity and ability to use initiative
