Adult Services Coordinator

Job Description: As a female support worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with varying needs. Your duties will include:
- Providing personalized support to service users, focusing on their strengths and abilities.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with service users, their families, and colleagues.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Participating in activities that promote socialization, engagement, and enjoyment.
Essential Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness
- Commitment to the aims and objectives of Ivolve Group
- Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable)
Salary and Benefits: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of £11.44 - £11.70 per hour, along with a range of benefits, including 5.6 weeks annual leave, flexible working hours, pension scheme, birthday off after one year of service, and refer-a-friend scheme.
