Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Adult Social Care Worker to join our team in Halstead, CO9 1LR. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our service users, providing high-quality support tailored to their individual needs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support adults with various needs, including learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health, in a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Empower service users to achieve their goals and aspirations, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Provide practical assistance with daily living tasks, such as medication management, shopping, and personal care.
  • Engage in activities that promote social interaction and community involvement, enhancing the overall quality of life for our service users.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and effective delivery of care services.

Requirements
  • Good general education and relevant experience in social care.
  • Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives.
  • A commitment to undertaking training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable).
