£11.44 - £11.70 per hour, depending on qualifications.
Job Description
This role involves supporting adults with diverse needs, including learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health. The ideal candidate will be passionate about empowering individuals to flourish in a place they call home. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting individuals with daily tasks, such as medication management and hygiene
- Engaging in activities like cooking, art, or music to promote social interaction
- Assisting with goal setting and achieving independence
Required Skills and Qualifications
We seek candidates with a good general education and a passion for making a difference. Essential skills include honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness. Desirable skills include RQF Level 2 or above in social care, previous experience in a social care setting, and knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
