About the Role

The Senior Healthcare Professional will provide clinical expertise and leadership on Halstead ward, a 20-bedded intermediate care unit. This is a fantastic opportunity for development within a standalone unit.

As a member of the multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, relatives, and carers to support rehabilitation and safe discharges.

We welcome applications from experienced Band 6s or motivated Band 5s seeking career progression.
