As a key member of our assessment team, you will be responsible for evaluating the functional abilities of individuals with physical or mental health conditions, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive.

Your main duties will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of claimants' abilities and needs.
  • Preparing detailed reports and recommendations for submission to the Department of Work and Pensions.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality services and contribute to ongoing improvements.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in adult nursing, paramedicine, physiotherapy, or occupational therapy, with at least 12 months of post-registration experience in the UK.
  • Experience treating a wide range of physical and mental health conditions is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as proficiency in IT tools for documentation and communication.
