Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom. As a key member of our Go-to-Market team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our territory, driving user growth through sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand a territory with a focus on balancing new customer acquisition with nurturing existing accounts.
- Own the entire sales process from beginning to end, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, value proposition presentation, solution demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
- Conduct cold calls and reach out to new teams at existing customers to explain the value proposition, demonstrate solutions, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Receive guidance and support from leadership but exercise independent thinking and initiative to achieve sales goals.
- Run account forensics to enable a data-driven sales approach, customized to the individual customer.
- Execute strategic sales plays tailored to specific customer profiles.
- Follow up on leads and inbound requests in your territory and maximize conversion rate of trials.
- Localize and run marketing campaigns with support from our central team.
- Enable post-deal product adoption, including trainings supported by a central enablement team.
- Monitor customer health and detect and prevent churn.
We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual with 3-5+ years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in a SaaS or software company. You should have a university degree, preferably in business or computer science, and local work experience in the United Kingdom. Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills are essential, as well as a self-starter attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset.
