Account Director Job Description

Role Summary

This role is responsible for driving sales of the entire Samsung MX portfolio into key Enterprise accounts. The successful candidate will take ownership of a group of large existing Samsung relationships and be measured against annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery of commercial targets across hardware and software
  • Define and execute the UK sales strategy for nominated customers
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with C-Suite executives
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities in emerging areas such as AI and 5G
  • Expand the Samsung customer relationship and drive adoption of premium and rugged hardware
  • Act as the voice of the customer back into Samsung and introduce subject matter authorities into customer accounts
  • Lead growth projects across the virtual team to deliver incremental revenue and wallet share opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience of working at a senior level across Enterprise accounts
  • Strong sales background with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to navigate complex Enterprise organisations and communicate at all levels
