Join Our Team as a Children's Residential Team Leader

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Children's Residential Team Leader to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading by example and supporting our Children's Residential Team in providing high-quality care and education to our young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Children's Residential Team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education to our young people.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the well-being and development of our young people.
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the home.
  • Provide supervision and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent care and education.
  • Deputise for the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager as required.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive starting rate of £14.22 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Full-time hours with overtime available.
  • A £30 sleep-in rate (2-3 sleep-ins per week).
  • Overtime paid at an enhanced rate.
  • Shift patterns and rotas to support your work-life balance.
  • Full enhanced children's and adults DBS paid for by The Cambian Group.
  • Full training provided, including a 10-day paid intensive induction training course, face-to-face and online learning to support your development.
  • 3-5 paid shadowing shifts working with an experienced Team Leader or Deputy Manager.
