Job Title: Residential Children's Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Team Leader to join our Residential Children's Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading by example and supporting our Children's Support Workers in providing high-quality care and support to our young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Children's Support Workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to our young people.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with our young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Conduct regular supervision and training sessions to support the development of our Children's Support Workers.
  • Collaborate with our Clinical and Local Authority teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including OFSTED.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £14.22, depending on experience.
