We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Children's Support Worker to join our team as a Team Leader. As a key member of our Residential Children's Team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, demonstrating a caring and compassionate approach to supporting our young people.
- Assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in implementing the Statement of Purpose and ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations.
- Supervise and support the development of individual training needs, ensuring our team members are equipped to provide the best possible care.
- Deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager, taking responsibility for the smooth operation of the home.
- A competitive starting rate of £14.22 per hour, depending on experience.
- Full-time hours with overtime available, plus a £30 sleep-in rate (2-3 sleep-ins per week).
- Enhanced rates for overtime, supporting your work-life balance.
- Full enhanced children's and adults DBS paid for by The Cambian Group.
- Comprehensive training, including a 10-day paid intensive induction training course and ongoing face-to-face and online learning.
