About the Role

As a Residential Children's Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers and ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

You will work closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to implement the Statement of Purpose and ensure that all aspects of the home are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of support workers to provide high-quality care and support to our young people
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to implement the Statement of Purpose
  • Ensure that all aspects of the home are running smoothly and that the needs of our young people are met
  • Deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager
