Join Our Team as a Children's Residential Team Leader

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Children's Residential Team Leader to join our team at CareTech Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers and ensuring the highest standards of care for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support to our young people
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager
  • Ensure compliance with OFSTED regulations and quality standards
  • Deputise for the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager as required
