Job Title: Residential Children's Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Team Leader to join our Residential Children's Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading by example and supporting our Children's Support Workers in providing high-quality care and support to our young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Children's Support Workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to our young people.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our young people.
  • Work closely with our Clinical Team to ensure the delivery of effective interventions and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of our young people.
  • Collaborate with our Local Authority partners to ensure the delivery of effective services and support.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working with Children and Young People in a residential setting.
  • Qualifications in Childcare or a related field.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of Children's Support Workers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing circumstances.
