HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused HR Administrator to join our dynamic People Services Team at PIB Group. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for handling all People Services queries and administration, including new starter administration, maintaining employee files, communicating with the Payroll Services team, and administering company benefits. You will also support improvements to People systems and workflows, identify and implement process improvements, and work effectively with other members of the People Services Team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all People Services queries and administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files
- Communicate effectively with the Payroll Services team
