Pib Group is seeking a highly skilled HR/People Services Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the People Services Team, ensuring that all queries and tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.
About the RoleThis role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in an HR or administrative capacity and be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- New Starter Administration: Carry out all new starter administration, including offer letters, contracts, and set up on the Zeus system.
- Payroll Support: Communicate effectively with the Payroll Services team regarding new starters, leavers, and variations to contract.
- Benefits Administration: Administer company benefits via Zeus and ensure details are passed to the People Benefits Coordinator for action and tracking.
- Data Maintenance: Accurately administer key employee lifecycle processes, including maternity, paternity, shared parental leave, flexible working requests, probation, and leavers.
- Efficient Administrator: Able to work accurately and efficiently, with high levels of attention to detail.
- Organised Approach: Organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively, managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
